Model-making is our principal design method. The Model Lab is where we begin to translate our ideas into physical objects. A space where we can think while we make and test forms and details, simultaneous to detail drawing development.
Fausto Cappellini
Fausto manages the Model Lab where he produces models and prototypes for the office projects. He uses the latest technological equipment as well as handcraft to produce models from the early phases of the design process through to final design stages, following a significant experience of 20 years as a model maker for Renzo Piano Building Workshop.
