The practice, founded by Onur Teke, is based on the solid experience of its founder, gained at internationally recognized architectural offices like Eisenman Architects in New York and as an Associate Partner at Renzo Piano Building Workshop (RPBW) for more than 13 years. During his time at RPBW, Onur Teke was responsible for a variety of projects designed on different scales, managing complex and multi-disciplinary working groups. From 2007, until its completion in 2013, Onur led the design team for the Kimbell Art Museum.
In 2016, the practice was given the XV National Architecture Award for their built project: the T-House, and nominated for the Aga Khan Award for Architecture. In the same year, Onur Teke was selected for the European Architecture Award as the most important and emerging European Young Architect.
His strong experience, supported by a dynamic team of architects and experts from various countries, makes TEKE Architects Office a solid reality in the field of design and architectural experimentation while providing reliable and strict management of the entire process, from concept design to the construction site.
